It contains a lot of items that would be aspirational for some places, but also creates a view of something quite achievable that fits with typical change management systems you&#8217;ll find in most larger, slower organisations.<\/p>\n<p>Take it, read it, understand it and think about what might work for you as you work toward lowering the burden of more frequent change.
